Muromachi Microwave Fixation system
原理與特色：
1. 用微波加熱的方式使得神經組織內的酶（ENZYME）去活性，以避免死后變化
（post-mortem changes）持續進展。
2. 此法比用冷凍固定法要來得好：冷凍法需要10-90秒做深入冷凍去活性，這段
期間，深部組織的死后變化（post-mortem changes）已經在進行，因腦表面
的熱傳導轉差。微波法可在更短的時間內完全去活性。
3. 可以測：

微波固化可以達到下列標準：
1. 可將溫度升至75-90攝氏度，使腦部快速固定。
2. 微波能量可有效集中在動物的頭部。
3. 各種動物間都可以達到相同的結果。
4. 對操作人員具備嚴格的保護，此設備相當簡單**
5. CE認證，國際規定家用微波設備微波泄漏不得超越5毫瓦/立方厘米，
我們的設備**標準遠遠低于此，不超過1毫瓦/立方厘米。
